Services, agreement, terms, and payment information.
What’s included in your web design project.
Professional web design (responsive sites built for your brand), updates and support, SEO optimization, hosting and SSL, and professional email at your domain. Plan details (e.g. Essential vs Premium) are on the Plans page.
Updates are content or small design tweaks—text changes, new photos, menu items, contact info, or minor layout adjustments. They are not full redesigns, new pages, or new features. See the “Free updates” section below for the full policy.
How we work together.
Yes. Before work begins we agree on scope, deliverables, timeline, and payment. You’ll receive a clear summary (email or short agreement) so we’re both aligned.
Typically a deposit (e.g. 50%) is due to start the project; the remaining balance is due when the site is ready for launch. You’ll pay via secure Stripe links I send you—no need to enter card details on this site.
We’ll discuss any changes to scope or timeline. If you cancel after work has started, any deposit already paid covers work completed up to that point; we’ll agree on what’s fair before any refund or additional charge.
What “free updates” includes—and what it doesn’t.
Free updates are basic changes to your existing site: fixing typos, updating phone numbers or addresses, swapping images, adding or editing a few blocks of text, changing a menu item, or small style tweaks (e.g. a color or font size). They keep your site current without extra cost, within the number of updates included in your plan (e.g. 2 or 3).
Free updates do not include a full site redesign, new pages or sections, new functionality (forms, integrations, e‑commerce), major layout changes, or custom development. Those are separate projects and we’ll agree on scope and price before starting.
Email me with what you’d like changed. I’ll confirm whether it fits within your free updates and get it done. If it’s beyond the scope of a free update, I’ll give you a quick quote and timeline.
What happens if web hosting payment stops.
If payment for web hosting stops, your site will be backed up and the backup will be sent to the email address we have on record. You’ll have a copy of your site files and content so you can move hosting elsewhere or restore the site when you’re ready. Please keep your contact email up to date so we can reach you.
Secure payments—no card stored on this site.
You’ll receive a Stripe payment link by email (or in our messages). Click the link to pay by card or other methods Stripe supports. Your card details are handled by Stripe, not stored on my site. You may get one link for a deposit and another for the final balance when the site is done.
Yes. Stripe is used by millions of businesses and is PCI-compliant. You pay on Stripe’s secure checkout; I never see or store your full card number.
